Introduction to Caribean Taste
The guest lecture held by STP Sahid Jakarta in cooperation with the Embassy of the Netherlands (Monday, September 21, 2015) is an annual event that has been taking place for the second time featuring CARIBBEAS TASTE: The flavors of something new. At the event which was attended by 200 students and lecturers gastronomy, representatives of the Dutch Embassy Ineke de Hoog introduce Chef 'Sherwin Alexander and Chef Jethro' from Surinam. Both the chef introduces combinations of flavors favored by citizens Caribbean. based on their exposure to note that 'the new flavor' is the result of exploration of native spices from Indonesia. Therefore, students have to be motivated and inspired to be more pride in introducing gastronomic and culinary Indonesia.
